Beautiful as always, Heather. And I don’t quite have the word for it – – your joy, contentedness, certainty, trust in our Lord always shines through. Thank you for that gift and for your beautiful writing. Praying for you and the family. (And Ordinary time is my favorite liturgical season! 😅)

Ordinary is indeed a miracle. So thankful you can write about ordinary days! My friend's blog was tilted Mundane Faithfulness, for the same reason. I'm grateful the Lord shows up in the ordinary and mundane. (Also, Ruby is adorable AND why does your surgeon look like he's 20?!)

Praising God for the success of your surgery, radiation, and now your return home. So glad you included this bit about ordinary time!

Dearest Heather, you look so stunning in your black outfit with your miraculous surgery team! I sit on my porch swing on a beautiful “ordinary” Boone morning reading this and thanking God for your wonderful team, and for your news of feeling that you can enjoy some “ordinary” days! ❤️🙏🏻🤗

"..... God’s patient presence in the ordinary, that we should not take ordinary moments for granted." Such a wonderful reminder. All glory to GOD. Thank you, Heather.
